PeerMent is implemented by a transnational partnership of three organisations from Spain, France, and Türkiye, each contributing complementary expertise in vocational education, creative industries, mentoring, and digital innovation.

The PeerMent consortium reflects the diversity of creative ecosystems across Europe and is committed to delivering practical, transferable, and sustainable mentoring tools beyond the project lifetime.
OTOXO Productions is an award-winning documentary production company based in Barcelona, founded in 2008. Alongside its international film work, OTOXO runs structured vocational training programmes supporting young creatives entering the documentary and film industry.
Through its flagship INto INdustry Programme, OTOXO provides intensive, production-based learning models that combine technical training, storytelling, and professional integration. The organisation works primarily with emerging filmmakers aged 18–45, many of whom face employment instability in the creative sector.
Within PeerMent, OTOXO leads overall project coordination and curriculum development. It is responsible for designing the Mentoring Training Programme (MENTRA) and hosting the international 6-day mentoring training in Barcelona. The organisation will integrate PeerMent outputs directly into its existing vocational programmes to ensure sustainability.
EFTA is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2017 in İzmir, working at the intersection of digitalisation, education, and creative industries.
The organisation has extensive experience in Erasmus+ and Creative Europe projects and focuses on equipping young professionals with technological and entrepreneurial skills.
EFTA brings together designers, software developers, trainers, and researchers to develop digital tools and educational solutions for the creative sector. It also co-founded İzmir Design Factory, a hub supporting design-driven innovation.
Within PeerMent, EFTA leads the development of the Mentoring Online Platform (MOP), including the digital infrastructure and matchmaking system. It also hosts the international co-creation mobility in Türkiye and oversees the technical sustainability of the platform beyond the project duration.
Les Créatives de Demain is a non-governmental organisation based in Nice, supporting young professionals and emerging creatives in the Cultural and Creative Industries. Since its establishment in 2020, the organisation has been actively involved in European cooperation projects focused on crafts, digital art, sustainability, and creative entrepreneurship.
The organisation works primarily with individuals aged 18–40, with particular attention to disadvantaged groups facing labour market barriers. Through projects such as Digi-Art, Digi-Craft, and Crea-Up, Les Créatives has developed strong expertise in training design and mentoring methodologies.
In PeerMent, Les Créatives leads the development of the CCI Mentoring Guide (MENTGEE), ensuring that mentors receive practical tools, structured frameworks, and applied case studies. The organisation also plays a key role in dissemination and alumni community building.
