As an additional project result, PeerMent developed a series of structured video training materials designed to complement the MENTRA Mentoring Training Programme.
These videos were produced to support flexible, self-paced learning and to increase accessibility of mentoring competences beyond in-person workshop settings. Developed using AI-assisted tools and digital production methods, the materials translate key modules of the MENTRA programme into concise, structured learning segments suitable for individual study and blended learning environments.
The video materials enable mentors, trainers, and creative professionals to engage with core mentoring concepts – such as role clarity, communication, power dynamics, feedback, and expectation management – in a format that supports independent learning and review.
By integrating digital learning tools into the project results, PeerMent strengthens the sustainability, scalability, and accessibility of mentoring education across different contexts and learning environments.
The following video materials are organised in alignment with the thematic structure of the MENTRA training programme. Each video focuses on a specific mentoring dimension and translates key concepts into clear, practical explanations supported by examples and applied scenarios.
The modules are designed to be:
Viewed independently or in sequence
Used as preparation before mentoring sessions
Integrated into blended or workshop-based learning
Revisited for reflection and reinforcement
Users are encouraged to engage actively with the content, reflect on their own mentoring experiences, and apply the presented tools within their professional context.
