PeerMent successfully delivered a set of structured, practice-oriented outputs aimed at strengthening the quality and sustainability of mentoring practices within the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI).

Throughout the project implementation period, partners collaboratively designed, tested, and refined these results through international cooperation, mobility activities, and real mentoring practice. Each output was developed in response to identified needs within the sector, ensuring practical relevance, methodological clarity, and adaptability across different vocational and non-formal learning environments.

The project results contribute to the professionalisation of mentoring in CCI contexts by providing structured training materials, applied guidance tools, and a digital infrastructure that supports long-term accessibility and continued use beyond the funded project duration.

All outputs are openly accessible and designed to remain transferable and sustainable.

MENTRA - Mentoring Training Programme

MENTRA is a structured, practice-based mentoring training programme developed within the PeerMent project to strengthen mentoring competences in the Creative and Cultural Industries.

The programme was designed through transnational collaboration and implemented during international training activities, where it was tested and refined based on participant feedback. Organised into six thematic modules, MENTRA addresses core mentoring dimensions including role clarity, communication skills, power dynamics, feedback processes, and digital mentoring practices.

The training programme provides clearly defined learning objectives, workshop-based session structures, practical exercises, and facilitator guidance, enabling direct use by mentors, trainers, and vocational education providers.

MENTRA – Online Facilitator Guide

The Comprehensive Online Facilitator Guide for Peer Mentorship in Creative Industries

Project Context and Methodological Shift: This document serves as the primary pedagogical blueprint for adapting the original 6-Day “PeerMent” physical mobility training into an intensive 4-Day Virtual Bootcamp. Due to force majeure, the physical curriculum required an extensive methodological restructuring to ensure that professionals within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) achieve the identical learning outcomes, competencies, and mentorship readiness in a fully digital, synchronous environment.

MENTGEE – The Interactive Digital Playbook

The Interactive Digital Playbook & Screen-Share Worksheets for CCI Mentors

How to Use This Playbook: This document is the practical, field-ready companion to the MENTRA Facilitator Guide. It is designed explicitly for Mentors operating within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). This playbook contains the exact scripts, psychological frameworks, and interactive worksheets needed to conduct the mandatory 4-hour digital mentoring sessions via screen-share platforms (like Zoom or Teams) and digital whiteboards.

MENTGEE - CCI Mentoring Guide

MENTGEE is a complementary mentoring handbook developed to provide structured knowledge, practical tools, and applied examples supporting effective and responsible mentoring relationships.

Building on the training programme framework, the guide offers step-by-step mentoring models, expectation-setting tools, reflection templates, and case-based scenarios tailored to the realities of the Creative and Cultural Industries. It was developed to function both as a standalone reference resource and as a companion to the MENTRA training programme.

MENTGEE supports the continued professional development of mentors and contributes to the long-term sustainability of mentoring practices within participating organisations.

Mentoring Online Platform - MOP

The Mentoring Online Platform (MOP) was developed as the digital infrastructure supporting the long-term accessibility and dissemination of PeerMent outputs.

The platform hosts the MENTRA training materials, the MENTGEE handbook, and additional project resources. It enables structured access to mentoring tools while facilitating digital interaction and future scalability.

By centralising the project results within a dedicated online environment, MOP ensures that the outputs remain accessible, transferable, and usable beyond the formal project period.

Video Learning Materials
Self-Learning Resources

The Video Training Materials were developed to complement the MENTRA programme by providing structured, accessible video-based learning resources.

The series translates key mentoring concepts into clear, engaging visual modules, enabling flexible self-learning, reinforcement after training sessions, and integration into blended learning formats.

By combining pedagogical structure with digital production tools, the video materials enhance accessibility, scalability, and long-term usability of the PeerMent methodology.
