Welcome to Module 3 of the PeerMent Digital Mentorship Bootcamp!
Now that you have established a safe psychological container and mastered digital communication, it is time to transition from theory into hands-on, practical execution. This module provides you with the exact interactive tools required to conduct your mandatory 4-hour digital mentoring sessions via screen-share platforms like Zoom or Teams.
Standard corporate goal-setting frameworks often fall flat when applied to the Cultural and Creative Industries. Telling a digital artist or a freelance writer to adhere to rigid corporate structures can feel reductive and suffocating to their creative process. In this module, you will learn how to utilize the MENTGEE Interactive Digital Playbook a suite of visual tools and strategic frameworks specifically engineered to resonate with the creative psyche.
What You Will Learn in This Module:
- Lesson 3.1: Goal Setting for Creatives (The V.I.B.E. Framework): You will learn how to guide your mentee away from vague ambitions and toward structured milestones using the V.I.B.E. Framework: Vision, Impact, Bottlenecks, and Execution. Additionally, we will explore why mentees must pivot away from “Outcome Goals” (which are out of their control) and focus exclusively on actionable “Process Goals” (which are 100% within their control).
- Lesson 3.2: Career Mapping and Skill Gap Analysis: We will introduce the interactive canvases designed to be used live during your screen-sharing sessions. You will learn to use the CCI Career Mapping Canvas to understand the mentee’s past roots, present reality, and future horizons. Then, you will apply the Skill Gap Analysis Matrix to identify urgent learning zones versus tasks they should simply ignore or outsource.
- Lesson 3.3: Portfolio Friction and Effective Networking: Creatives often hate networking; you will learn to use the Networking Strategy Tracker to visualize it as community building instead. We will also tackle perfectionism using the Portfolio Friction Matrix, an ideal tool for when a mentee is procrastinating on launching their work. You will help them define the “Minimal Viable Fix” needed to finally hit publish.
- Lesson 3.4: “Perfect Week” Design and Process Tracking: Creatives often struggle with unstructured time. You will act as an architect, guiding them to design a realistic, ideal week that balances ‘Deep Work’ (creation) with ‘Shallow Work’ (administrative tasks and emails). Finally, you will learn how to successfully conclude your involvement in the KA210-VET project by signing the Goodwill Declaration Tracker, which acts as the official timesheet and proof of pedagogical delivery.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Facilitate dynamic, live screen-share sessions using the 5 MENTGEE digital worksheets.
- Translate vague creative desires into actionable process goals using the V.I.B.E. methodology.
- Diagnose a mentee’s portfolio friction and systematically eliminate their perfectionism blocks.
- Structure the 4-hour mentorship lifecycle effectively and complete all necessary European Union reporting requirements.
