This comprehensive examination is designed to validate your expertise as a Certified Peer Mentor in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). To earn your professional certification, you must demonstrate a deep mastery of the psychological, structural, and digital facilitation frameworks covered throughout Modules 1 to 4.
What is being tested? This assessment goes beyond basic knowledge. You will be evaluated on your ability to:
- Audit Psychological Barriers: Diagnosing the root causes of Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism, and Creative Burnout.
- Engineer Goal Structures: Applying the V.I.B.E. framework and pivoting from uncontrollable outcome goals to actionable process goals.
- Navigate Digital Architectures: Utilizing the “Lens Rule,” the W.A.I.T. principle, and executing seamless Asynchronous Fallback plans.
- Facilitate Peer-Exchange: Breaking down traditional master-apprentice hierarchies through the Mentorship Swap and securing Digital Confidentiality.
- Lead Professional Closure: Implementing the “Perfect Week” architecture and formalizing the 4-hour EU mandate compliance.
Certification Criteria:
- Passing Score: A minimum of 70% (14/20) is required to pass.
- Professional Standard: This exam adheres to EQF vocational standards for cross-border digital mentoring.
- Outcome: Successful completion will trigger the issuance of your PeerMent Expert Certificate.
