As part of the PeerMent Project, a Self-Learning Video Series has been developed to make the mentoring knowledge of the project more accessible and easier to explore.
The video series is based on the MENTRA Training Programme and translates the core content of the training modules into short, engaging learning videos. Each video focuses on one module of the training programme and introduces the key concepts, tools, and ideas that support effective mentoring practices.
The videos were created using AI-supported production tools, allowing the project to present learning content in a clear, visual, and accessible format. This approach helps transform the training material into a flexible learning experience that can be followed independently.
What the video series offers
• Short videos introducing each MENTRA training module
• Clear explanations of key mentoring concepts and tools
• Visual and accessible learning content
• Flexible learning that can be followed at any time
• A quick entry point to the PeerMent mentoring approach

The video series is designed for mentors, mentees, educators, and creative professionals who want to explore the basics of mentoring and understand the principles of the PeerMent methodology.
The videos can be used as an introduction to the training programme, as supporting material for workshops, or as an independent learning resource for those who prefer a visual learning format.
Through this series, PeerMent aims to make mentoring knowledge more approachable and accessible to a wider community across the creative and cultural industries.
