Following the launch of the PeerMent Project, the consortium has started working on a set of activities aimed at strengthening mentoring practices within the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI). The project focuses on developing practical mentoring tools, learning resources, and digital platforms that support both mentors and mentees.

PeerMent is designed as a practice-oriented project that will produce accessible resources for educators, trainers, creative professionals, and organisations interested in mentoring and peer learning.

Below is an overview of the main project activities and key results that will be developed.

Key Project Activities

Throughout the project, partners will collaborate on a number of activities to design, develop, and test the mentoring approach.

  • Research and exchange of mentoring practices within the creative and cultural sectors
  • Co-creation of mentoring tools and learning resources
  • Development of the PeerMent training programme
  • Design and development of digital mentoring and learning environments
  • Testing and refinement of the tools with target groups
  • Dissemination of the project results across European creative networks
