Following the launch of the PeerMent Project, the consortium has started working on a set of activities aimed at strengthening mentoring practices within the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI). The project focuses on developing practical mentoring tools, learning resources, and digital platforms that support both mentors and mentees.
PeerMent is designed as a practice-oriented project that will produce accessible resources for educators, trainers, creative professionals, and organisations interested in mentoring and peer learning.
Below is an overview of the main project activities and key results that will be developed.
Key Project Activities
Throughout the project, partners will collaborate on a number of activities to design, develop, and test the mentoring approach.
Main Project Results
The project will deliver a set of open and accessible resources designed to support mentoring practices.
All project results will be openly accessible through the project website to ensure that educators, mentors, and creative professionals across Europe can benefit from the tools developed within PeerMent.
